During this summer let’s try out a refreshing drink Lemon Mint Juice.
Diet: Vegetarian
Course: Refresher
Serves: 2
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
Lemon juice – 3 tblsp
Mint leaves – ½ cup
Salt – ½ tsp
Sugar – As required
Water – 2 cups
Method
Step 1:
In a blender add the mint leaves without stem.
Step 2:
Add lemon juice into the blender ( You can increase the quantity of lime juice according to your taste ).
Step 3:
finally add sugar, salt and half cup of water. Blend all this well.
Note: don’t add 2 cups of water together.
Step 4:
Now add the remaining water and blend them well. Chill in fridge and serve cool.
